Order Agreement
By placing an order with [LAVISH LEGACY], you acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a binding contract with our company. This contract includes all terms and conditions stated herein, as well as those presented in the product description at the time of purchase.
All customers are required to review product descriptions carefully prior to completing checkout. All sales are final. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
Shipping Times & Fulfillment
Shipping and production timelines are clearly stated in each individual product description. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these stated timelines.
• Processing and shipping times vary depending on the product.
• Orders may be subject to delays outside of our control, including but not limited to manufacturer delays, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing the shipping details on each product page prior to purchase.
We will not issue refunds or accept disputes related to shipping times if those times were disclosed at checkout.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. We are not liable for delays, losses, or costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss and title for the products passes to the customer.
Disputes & Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or dispute does not nullify the binding agreement entered into at checkout. Because all shipping timelines are disclosed in advance and all sales are final, chargebacks and payment disputes will be contested with full documentation of:
• The contract formed at checkout
• The product description (including stated shipping times)
• Order confirmation and tracking details
By ordering, you agree to these terms and waive any claims inconsistent with them.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
If it is premade we strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days with a processing time of 1-2 business days

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?
We wish we could accommodate changes but we fulfill orders very quickly! Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including product choice, product color, quantity, address, etc.
I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE
Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code.
I INPUT THE WRONG ADDRESS
Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust customer's information. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. We cannot provide refunds/exchanges/store credit for orders that are delivered to an incorrect address. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your full address.
MY ORDER WAS STOLEN / MY TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds/exchanges/store credit for "stolen" orders. If tracking details state that the package was delivered, then it is not our responsibility to replace/refund the order. Please provide a secure location/address to ensure a smooth delivery process!
I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER (OUTSIDE USA.) DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Lavish Legacy.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from carrier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
BY PURCHASING FROM LAVISH LEGACY YOU AGREE TO ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY OF ITEM ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN DISPATCHED AND A TRACKING NUMBER HAS BEEN PROVIDED AND ITEM IS SHIPPED THROUGH OUR CHANNELS (USPS ). WE DO NOT REPLACE OR REFUND LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. IF THERE IS A DELAY OR ANY EXCEPTION TO DELIVERY ( LOST OR STOLEN ) YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING A CLAIM WITH SHIPPING AGENT
